Baking Soda + Hydrogen Peroxide = Toothpaste

Store bought toothpaste contains fluoride. Fluoride in the body can potentially displace iodine, which is an essential element needed for proper thyroid function. Store bought toothpaste is also very expensive. Why not just make your own toothpaste? What follows is a simple and inexpensive recipe of toothpaste:

1/ Put two tablespoons of baking soda (i.e. sodium bicarbonate) into a glass or plastic container.

2/ Add one tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide (3%).

3/ Stir the mixture.

4/ Wait for about five minutes.

Optionally, you can add essential oil of mint or citrus fruits to make the taste of this toothpaste more appealing.

The final solution is so-called DIY toothpaste. To use, just dip the toothbrush into the toothpaste and brush your teeth as usual.
