How to Eat Less Without Feeling Weak

Fasting for a short period is not difficult at all. However, most of us cannot starve ourselves for a prolonged period, not because of our hunger for food, but because we are running out of energy. This problem is due to the fact that we rely too much on food as a major source of energy. When the food is not around us, our bodies have no more energy to survive.

Fortunately, it seems that our Creator has already provided a solution for us to survive and stay strong without too much food around us. It seems that we can tap the energy directly from the Sun without we having to eat food for energy. The method of solution is called Sun Gazing.

What we can do is to:

1/ Gaze the rising or setting sun on a daily basis. Then, our appetite will gradually disappear as time goes on. Additionally, scientists have already proven that the far-infrared light from the sun can heal the body of certain ailments. There is no need to suppress the appetite by following the useless nutrition protocols that have been littered on the internet.

2/ Practise oil pulling on a daily basis. According to Ayurveda, it is possible to purify the taste-buds and the entire body system by practising oil pulling.

Oil pulling is very easy to practise. Just rinse the mouth with a tablespoon of sesame oil or sunflower oil on empty stomach for 15 to 20 minutes. After the process of oil pulling, your mouth will be filled with milky white foams. You should spit out all the white foams to the toilet without delay. Finally, brush the teeth and further rinse the mouth with clean water.

3/ Make sure you have enough iodine and chromium in your body. Chromium is an essential element, without which the hormone insulin would not work. Scientists have found that chromium picolinate can be used to ease intense cravings for carbonhydrate and treat atypical depression [1], [2]. On the other hand, there is clinical evidence [3, 4] that atypical depression is linked to thyroid abnormalities and patients with atypical depressionmay benefit from triiodothyronine, a medication used to treat hypothyroidism.
