How to Quit Drinking by Oil Pulling.
You can quit drinking very easily, as long as you understand drinking is bad for you and your family. What you need is a therapy called oil pulling. Oil pulling is powerful therapy for pulling toxins out of the body. The mertis of this therapy has not been fully investigated by clinical trials. However, unlike drugs, this therapy involves virtually no side effects and there is no such thing as overdose of oil pulling.
Oil pulling means rinsing the mouth with sesame or sunflower oil for 15 to 20 minutes.
During the process of oil pulling, you need to swish, suck, chomp and pull the oil through the teeth. The oil must not be swallowed.
To avoid acid reflux, which could potentially cause accidental swallowing of the oil, you should practise oil pulling on empty stomach. The best time to practise this therapy is 4 hours after meal.
After the 15-20 minute process of swishing oil, the mouth will be filled with milky white and thin foam. All the oil and saliva which remain in the mouth should be spit out immediately. According to the Dr Karach, who introduced this therapy to the western world, the milky white foam contains a lot of bacteria and toxins.
Finally, the tooth should be brushed, preferably with baking soda, and the mouth should be rinsed with clean water.
Colloidal gold will work too. According to my experience with the alcohol addicts, colloidal gold can be used to regain the conscience of a drunk person. But colloidal gold is very expensive. You probably want something inexpensive for experimental purposes.
